The reason I started this training is that I saw a huge gap in the market. There are so many jobs available for digital marketing but at the same time, there are thousands of people who have got training after spending 40k-80k rupees and still unable to get a decent job.
After analyzing and understanding, I found that all of the training institutes and online courses were feeding the students with only theoretical knowledge while companies and agencies wanted people who have atleast some practical exposure because no one wants to waste time in training the new hired employees.
I myself faced this situation when I was trying to hire people in my team. There were people who had 3-5 certificates but had no clue what metrics define campaign’s success or failure.
That is what gave me idea to change the way how training works. I created a course which purely focuses on practical learning so that each person who takes this course is able to implement the learning in the best way possible. I designed the course in such a way that student is able to understand the basics, run a lot of campaigns and learns from the insights, eventually taking the skills to a different level altogether.
